International Relations and Cooperation Deputy Minister Ebrahim Ebrahim to participate in a public debate on BRICS at Constitutional Hill, Braamfontein

The Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Mr Ebrahim Ebrahim, will participate in a public debate organised by Action Aid, on Thursday, 28 February 2013, at the Women’s Gaol, Constitutional Hill, Braamfontein.

The theme of the public debate is entitled “BRICS: Paradigm shift or more of the same?” and will be in the form of a panel discussion.
