Nurses at Helen Joseph Hospital will light the lamp in remembrance of the founder of modern nursing Florence Nightingale, and engage on the significance of Nurses Day.
Under the theme, Nurses: A Force for Change - A vital resource for health, the Head of Nursing, Matron Moira Peele will elaborate on the theme and what it means for them as healthcare workers.
The nurses will also be addressed by motivational speakers who will encourage them to continue with their commitment to practise their profession faithfully and to endlessly provide quality healthcare to all those placed in their care.
