Human Settlements Deputy Minister Zou Kota-Fredericks will address the Informal Settlements Upgrading summit in False Bay FET College, Khayelitsha Campus, Cape Town.
About 200 representatives from government and Non-Governmental Organisations will attend the summit which seeks to reinforce government’s commitment to build partnerships with communities and improve participatory and integrated planning.
