Home Affairs Ministry hosts a breakfast session with Refugee Women in South Africa

As part of Women’s Month commemoration, the Ministry of Home Affairs, led by Minister Naledi Pandor will tomorrow, Thursday, 22 August 2013, host a Breakfast Session with Refugee Women in South Africa.

The event is scheduled to take place at the Iziko Museum, Slave Lodge in Cape Town and starts at 6h30.

A total of over 90 refugee women from all over the world are expected to attend the breakfast session.

It is hoped through this session that refugee women will have the opportunity to interact with both Minister Pandor and Deputy Minister Chohen regarding challenges they and their children are faced with as refugees in South Africa.

Deputy Minister will deliver the keynote address.
