The Department of Home Affairs will host the inaugural Mkhaya Migrant Awards on Africa Day to honour and recognise migrants contributing to South Africa’s development as well as South Africans contributing to the development of Africa in their various fields of expertise.
Members of the media who wish to cover the event are kindly requested to confirm attendance for accreditation purposes. Media houses that do not have dedicated Home Affairs reporters should indicate the number of representatives who will attend.
