Deputy President, Mr. Kgalema Motlhante will launch the HIV Counselling and Testing (HCT) campaign in Parliament.
The HCT campaign is a South African National AIDS Council (SANAC) initiative to get South Africans to know their HIV status. The campaign was extended to public servants last year and is now being launched in Parliament.
