The Department of Higher Education and Training in collaboration with Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and the University of Bath in the United Kingdom will today sign a memorandum of agreement( MoA) between the two universities to improve management capacity at South African universities through the introduction of a doctorate programme in Business Administration and the development of Postgraduate Diploma (Higher Education Management).
The project seeks to provide high-level development opportunities for key staff involved in leading and managing academic and learning environment processes.
