The Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training, Mr Mduduzi Manana, will visit Noluthando School for the Deaf in Khayelitsha as part of promoting “Opportunities for Persons with Disability” campaign.
The purpose of the campaign is to expose career opportunities to learners with disabilities and further teach them on ways to apply for funding. The programme is part of government’s intention to mainstream issues of persons with disabilities in the post school education and training sector.
