Time:  09h00 to 14h30

Media is also invited to a dialogue session between the Deputy President and the Traditional Leaders at The Great Palace, Bhumbane – Mthatha at 09h00 – 11h00.

This year, World AIDS Day is commemorated under the theme, “It is my right to know my status. Prevention is my responsibility”. The theme encourages us to make our actions count and take personal and collective responsibility to prevent new HIV and TB infections in South Africa.

World AIDS Day is commemorated each year on the 1st of December and it is an opportunity for every community to unite in the fight against HIV, to show support for people living with HIV and to remember those who have died due to HIV infection. Come join us as we show support and solidarity to our people.
