The Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform Mr Gugile Nkwinti cordially invites members of the media to be part of the graduation ceremony of 6000 National Rural Youth Service Corps (NARYSEC) participants. The graduation/pass out ceremony is a result of skills development that has been undergone by the participants in different fields ranging from Carpentry, Electricity, Bricklaying, plumbing etc.
The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform seeks to create an intervention of fighting poverty and unemployment through Narysec. Skills developments have been identified as some of the immediate needs of the country in the National Development Plan.
