The Government Communication and Information System (GCIS) will roll out a series of outreach activities as part of the 2026/27 Budget Vote programme, aimed at strengthening government’s direct engagement with communities.
The outreach activities form part of GCIS’s ongoing mandate to ensure that communities are informed, empowered, and actively participate in government programmes and decision-making processes.
GCIS will share information on its communication priorities, service delivery programmes, and key national campaigns for the 2026/27 financial year, while also creating platforms for meaningful dialogue with citizens.
