GPL Speaker’s Community outreach programme targets elderly in Duduza
Speaker of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL), Hon. Ntombi Mekgwe, will lead an outreach programme to the community of Duduza in the East Rand region of the Gauteng province.
Themed, ‘Following up on Our Commitment to the People of Gauteng’, the outreach will provide an opportunity for Hon. Mekgwe and other elected representatives of the People of Gauteng in the Legislature to engage with Senior Citizens of Duduza to talk about their wellbeing and empower them with information regarding available social development initiatives that aim to improve their lives.
Senior Citizens will also be reminded to take their rightful place as able contributors and stakeholders in the socio-political affairs of the Province.
