As part of ongoing efforts to raise awareness about mental health, Gauteng Department of Health will on Wednesday, host an open day at Weskoppies Hospital in Tshwane.
Under the theme, “Together Promoting Mental Health Rights – Break the Stigma, break the silence”, the activities will amongst others include the ringing of the bell of hope, exhibition stands and a dialogue between the community and various stakeholders in mental health care.
The activities are part of build up to mental health care day which will be commemorated on 10 October 2017.
