In an effort to boost the capacity of healthcare workers in the province, Gauteng MEC for Health, Hope Papo will on Thursday, 11 July 2013 award certificates to more than 700 qualified nurses at Fairlands, Johannesburg.
These students who have successfully completed post basic specialty, midwifery, bridging and four year courses in nursing will capacitate as well as have a positive impact on service delivery in the different public health instititutions in the province.
