DSACR to open Thaba Nchu Gymnastics Hub
The Free State Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation will open the Thaba Nchu Gymnastics Hub as part of the department’s efforts to promote and advance sport in the province. Moreover, this Gymnastics Hub will specifically focus on talent development of disadvantaged schools as well as the surrounding community. Some of the disciplines that the Gymnastics Hub will seek to train are Rope Skipping, Aerobic, Artistic, Tumbling, Rhythmic and Trampoline.
The launch will take place as follows;
Venue: Mmabana Cultural Centre (Thaba Nchu)

Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
“We welcome the launch of the Thaba Nchu Gymnastics Hub in the province. This hub will assist us in sustaining the momentum of gymnastics in our province. The Department is also seeking to transform the sport landscape in the province by providing opportunities to previously disadvantaged communities” said MEC Mathabo Leeto.
