The Free State Provincial Government will host the “Freedom in our lifetime” concert as part of the 20 Years of Freedom Celebrations. The concert will be hosted as a musical extravaganza celebrating the freedom we enjoy today through music.
The event will take place as follows:

Venue: Abrahamsrust Resort, Sasolburg.
This will be a free concert that will showcase various artists of national and
international stature.
“The strides we have made in the 20 years since our freedom have been remarkable and cannot be wished away. As we embark on the process of celebrating this 20 years anniversary of our freedom we will showcase the milestones we have laid in the path of political and socio-economic transformation. Music will form the centre-core of that celebration”, stated Mr Dan Kgothule, the MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation.
