The Free State Provincial Government will, on the 1st September 2023, launch the Public Service Month, under the theme “Batho Pele Revitalisation – Walking the Talk”, in Bloemfontein, Free State.
This year’s Public Service Month programme seeks to reflect on the work of the Public Service in line with the values and principles for public administration as enshrined in Section 195 of the Constitution (1996) and the aspirations of the National Development plan 2030.
The program will start with a Unity Walk (1km), Planting Trees, Cleaning Library, Bloem Central and Waaihoek towers. All government departments will also have exhibition stalls to assist with the provision of the available services and products in their respective departments. All Free State Provincial Government Departments across the public service are expected to exhibit their products and provide their services.
