South Africa to host first International Renewable Energy Conference in Africa
South Africa will host the International Renewable Energy Conference (IREC) in October 2015.
The first such conference to take place on African soil, the free registration South African International Renewable Energy Conference (SAIREC), takes place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, Cape Town, South Africa from 4 – 7 October 2015.
South Africa’s Department of Energy will host SAIREC 2015 in conjunction with the South African National Energy Development Institute (SANEDI) and the Renewable Energy Policy Network for the 21st Century (REN21).
In order to gain access/entrance to the conference, members of the media are required to complete in full, and return the form attached below for timeous clearance and accreditation by State Security Agency (SSA.) In view of the high level participation at the conference members of the media without the required accreditation will not be allowed into the venue.
The final registration deadline for attendance of the conference is 15 September 2015.
