Energy Indaba at Gallagher Estate Convention Centre
The Department of Energy cordially invites members of the media to an Energy Indaba to be held on 7 - 8 December 2017 at Gallagher Estate Convention Centre, under the theme “Energy Sector Stimulating Economic Growth, Development and Job Creation.”
The purpose for the Energy Indaba is to stimulate a national conversation for South Africans to find solutions towards a sustainable energy sector. The Indaba will define, engage and debate with stakeholders on how they access opportunities in the Energy Sector as well as discuss the challenges, and come up with solutions that promote inclusivity and transformation of the sector.
The Indaba will be attended by all energy stakeholders including academics, and civil society.
The event is organised as follows:
Date: 7 - 8 December 2017
Time: 09:00 – 17:30 (registration from 07:00 – 8:45)
Venue: Gallagher Estate Convention Centre, Midrand, Johannesburg.
Members of the media are requested to RSVP by 14:00 on Tuesday, 05 December 2017 by completing the attached registration form with the following information included: Name and Surname, Media house represented and Identity number to Mediadesk@energy.gov.za. NB: No registration, No Entry.
