Electrification switch-on and Community Imbizo at Christiana, North West
The Deputy Minister of Energy, Ambassador Thembisile Majola, and Executive Mayor of Lekwa-Teemane Local Municipality, Cllr. Kagiso Palagangwe, invite members of the media to cover the electricity switch-on and community Imbizo at Christiana on Monday, 2 October 2017. As part of the implemention of the National Development Plan, the Department of Energy continues to provide access to energy through the Integrated National Electrification Programme (INEP). The aim of this programme is to ensure sustainable development and growth of the economy through increased access to electricity.
