Annual Petroleum Products Act Awareness Campaign
Members of the media are cordially invited to cover the Department’s Annual Petroleum Products Act Awareness Campaign to be held on Thursday, 08 October 2015, in Upington, Northern Cape Province. The purpose of this campaign is to educate and create awareness about legislation and systems that govern the petroleum industry.
The campaign is envisaged to open doors to those who would like to participate in the space of retailing, wholesaling and manufacturing of petroleum products. There will also be presentations and information sharing on Community Upliftment Projects and the Basic Fuel Price Structure (BFPS).
The campaign will take place as follows:
