Employment and Labour hosts breakfast network session in Vaal Triangle, 11 Jul

The Compensation Fund (CF) is powering ahead with its breakfast network sessions at which the Commissioner, Vuyo Mafata interacts with stakeholders.

This time, the Compensation Fund’s train will stop in the Vaal Triangle where several important topics will be covered by the Commissioner and his team of experts.

The Compensation Fund has been meeting its stakeholders ranging from Chambers of Commerce, business associations, medical practitioners, professional organisations and a host of others to deal with matters of mutual interest and improve its service delivery. To prove its commitment, the Compensation Fund has signed a number of Memoranda of Understanding and agreements to work with these organisations.

Hloni Mpaka, Communication director at the fund said the latest meeting will deal with:

  • The role of Compensation Fund (assessment, return of earnings, etc.)
  • CF–Filing system and E-Coid claims system
  • New proposed Coid Bill amendments update
  • New Employers Assessment Model Regulation update as well as questions and answers.

Mpaka said the next similar session would be held later this month at a venue to be identified in Mpumalanga.
