Cogta-EC will officially host the launch of the winter traditional initiation to mark the start of the season. Invitations have been extended to key stakeholders including traditional leaders, Executive Mayors of District and Metro Municipalities, Mayors of local municipalities, members of the National House of Traditional Leaders, Kings and Queens, MECs and HODs of partner Sector departments (Social Development, Education, Health, Sport, Arts and Cultures), members of the Portfolio Committee on Cogta as well as representatives of the South African Police Service.
