The Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature will host the Parliament for Senior Citizens to promote the views of older people and ensure that relevant departments respond through the Legislature on issues raised.
Participants have been identified and drawn from all local and metropolitan municipalities in the province. Different stakeholders from their organised formations will attend the event.
The Senior Citizens Parliament will be held as follows:
