Eastern Cape Premier Ms Noxolo Kiviet will tomorrow address thousands of Community Development Workers (CDW) at a Provincial Conference to capacitate them. The Premier will be joined by a number of key figures including MEC for Local Government and Traditional Affairs Mlibo Qoboshiyane.
She is likely to talk about the achievements recorded since the launch of the CWD Programme in 2005, challenges experienced by CDWs and their role in the implementation of National Development Plan vision 2030.
The conference will start at 9h00 at Cicirha College and members of the media are invited.
