The Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature will host a Youth Parliament on Friday, 19 June 2015 at 09h00. Young people from across the Province will converge at the Raymond Mhlaba Chamber to debate issues pertinent to them under the theme “Empowering Young People towards sustainable youth development”.
Topics for debate will focus on:
- Entrepreneurship and youth
- Youth employment accord
- Youth and rural development
- National youth services programme
Youth formations from different political parties represented in the Legislature, National Youth Development Agency, Youth Council and Student Organisations are scheduled to attend.
