Member of the Eastern Cape legislature to hand-over the newly built Ngcenduna junior primary school in Mqanduli

Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature Member Mr Mpumelelo Saziwa will tomorrow, Friday 3 November 2017, through the Accelerated Schools Infrastructure Development Initiative (ASIDI), hand-over Nqcenduna Junior Primary School in the OR Tambo Inland Educational District outside Mqanduli in the Eastern Cape.

Built at a cost of R30 Million, Nqcenduna Junior Primary School is one of 184 state-of-the-art schools built as part of the ASIDI Programme. In addition to the provision of infrastructure, the ASIDI Programme has provided water to 635 schools, sanitation to 450 schools as well as electricity to 335 schools across the country that previously had none.
