About fifty-five educators from isolated rural multi-grade schools in the Mount Frere education district will tomorrow the 20th of May 2014, receive Life Players resources and 1 000 workbooks from the Eastern Cape education department donated by the British Council and the Department of Basic Education.
The two-pronged programme will start with the handing over of the tool kits and followed by the training on how to use the Life Players resources and workbooks that have been provided by the British Council. These products forms part of the department’s Multi-grade Intervention Strategy meant to enhance teaching and learning in multi-grade centres.
