The Eastern Cape delegates to the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) - parliament’s upper house - will on Friday meet with the provincial government of the Eastern Cape (EC) and the legislature.
The NCOP delegation leader, Mr Mandla Rayi, said the Premier had to attend to an engagement he had earlier committed to. The briefing is open to the media.
