Deputy President Paul Mashatile will on Tuesday, 05 December 2023, deliver the Annual Address to the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) in Parliament, Cape Town.
This is the last sitting of the NCOP for the year 2023. The theme of this year’s programme is " The Indispensable Urgency – Accelerating the provision of social services, safety, and the advancement of economic reforms for economic recovery in the interest of the people”.
The Deputy President will, among other things, reflect on efforts undertaken to coordinate all spheres of Government in order to accelerate service delivery, economic transformation and beneficiation.
