Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver an opening address through a pre-recorded message.
In addition, the conference will be addressed by Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU), South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI) and Mapungubwe Institute for Strategic Reflection (MISTRA).
