Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe will address the sitting of the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) in Carolina in the Mpumalanga province. The address follows a week long NCOP "Taking Parliament to the people” programme under the theme “Socio-Economic Development though oversight and public participation.”
The programme brings together the three spheres of government, namely national, provincial and local government to account to communities on service delivery issues especially in the rural areas.
