Deputy Minister Thembi Siweya unveils broadcast studios in Burgersfort, 5 Mar

Deputy Minister in The Presidency, Thembi Siweya to unveil the brand-new state-of-the-art studios at Tubatse FM 93.4 FM

The Media Development & Diversity Agency (MDDA, led by the Deputy Minister in The Presidency, Ms Thembi Siweya, will unveil the brand-new state-of-the-art broadcast studios at Tubatse FM 93.4 FM, on Saturday ,05 March 2022 in Burgersfort, Limpopo Province, South Africa. 

Tubatse Progressive Community Radio Station broadcasts on the frequency 93.4 FM in the Sekhukhune region, Fetakgomo Tubatse Local Municipality. The radio station was established in 2007 to broadcast programmes that are of community interest in a talk radio format.

The programming covers a variety of current affairs genres and caters for all age and gender groups within the community. The languages of broadcast are, 90% Sepedi, 5% English, 2% Xitsonga, 2% isiSwati, and 1% Afrikaans. Tubatse FM’s slogan is - “Mahlasedi go batho”, which is broadcasting to the people

The new state-of the art studios will elevate the quality of broadcasting, making Tubatse FM appealing to potential business partners and propel the community radio station to even greater heights.

The unveiling of State-of-the-Art Studios is scheduled as follows:
