Deputy Minister of Communications Stella Ndabeni Abrahams will deliver a keynote address at the Soweto TV’s premiere graduation ceremony. The recipients of this souvenir are 136 young people who have undergone training and successfully completed the station’s learnership programme.
Soweto TV is proud to be the first community broadcasting channel to run a successful and accredited learnership programme. Soweto TV regards this achievement as a significant milestone and are grateful and honoured to be joined by the Deputy Minister of Communications in celebrating this joyous occasion.
