Mr Mduduzi Manana, Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training will hand over a state of the art wheelchair to Mr Muziwendoda Alfred Bhengu in Mbumbulu, Mgedeza.
The main objective of this initiative is to inspire individuals to take action to help change the world for the better. Ultimately it seeks to empower communities everywhere to take action and inspire change.
The Deputy Minister and the CEO of HWSETA (Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority) were requested to provide a wheelchair to a disabled man Mr Muziwendoda Alfred Bhengu late year and below is the programme of the handover ceremony.
