Under the theme “Reflecting on the Impact of Student Activism in Driving Social, Political and National Change in South Africa”. Deputy Minister Nomusa Dube-Ncube will deliver a keynote address at the Student Leaders’ dialogue, with an acute focus on advancing an inclusive, accessible and transformed higher education and training.
The student leader’s dialogue is a pioneering initiative that seeks to strengthen student activism through meaningful intergenerational dialogue between current and former student leaders.
It aims to create a long-term platform for political education, leadership development and mentorship by reconnecting successive generations of student leadership development and mentorship through connection and preservation of institutional memory.
