The Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Training, Mr Mduduzi Manana, will bid farewell to 34 recipients of the Chinese Governments Scholarship who will be leaving the country to pursue undergraduate and post graduate degrees in the People's Republic of China.
The programme is part of the commitment by the government and the Ministry of Higher Education and Training through international cooperation and partnerships of ensuring that students from the country are sent abroad to study and come back to make meaningful contribution to the economy.
