Local Economic Development will be under the spotlight on Thursday when MEC for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs Mosebenzi Zwane and Deputy Minister of Economic Development Department Madala Masuku will be engaging 24 Free State Municipalities about economic development within local government.
The Deputy Minister will address the 150 delegates about available programmes from Economic Development Department to unlock economic potential of different Municipalities. State owned companies like IDC, SEFA and NEF will also present opportunities to be leveraged by Municipalities and entrepreneurship in the local space.
