International Relations and Cooperation Deputy Minister Luwellyn Landers will address the official opening of the 15th Annual Regional Seminar on the Implementation of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) on Tuesday, 18 August 2015, in Pretoria.
The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have for the last 14 years co-hosted this Regional Seminar, which forms a major part of the Department’s contribution to the advocacy role and promotion of IHL principles in the region and on the Continent.
