Deputy Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, Lechesa Tsenoli, cordially invites members of the media to accompany him on his visits this week to Ngaka Modiri Molema and Dr Ruth Mompati District Municipalities. The visits start on Friday 15 and Saturday 16 March 2013.
The Deputy Minister will meet Mayoral Committee Members, Traditional Leaders and political leaders. The purpose of the Deputy Minister’s visit to the two district municipalities is to address and interact with all important stakeholders on what Rural Development and Land Reform on issues.
This forms part of intervention programme of the department of visiting all 23 District Municipalities across the country. The main intention about these visits is to give all stakeholders and community members feedback about the progress and also identify other challenges faced by different members of the community and come up with possible interventions.
