Public Service and Administration Deputy Minister, Ms Dipuo Letsatsi-Duba, will embark on an unannounced visit to undisclosed service delivery sites in the North-West to inspect the quality of services rendered and the state of the facilities on 2 November 2017.
During the unannounced visit, observations will be recorded to determine if government is achieving the required service standards intended to meet the needs of South Africans.
According to Deputy Minister Letsatsi-Duba, the visits will also serve as an inspiration and motivation to public servants at the service delivery points.
The unannounced visits are scheduled as follows:
