Public Service and Administration Deputy Minister, Ms Dipuo Letsatsi-Duba, will embark on site visits to service delivery points in the Northern Cape to inspect the quality of services rendered and the state of the facilities on 14 to 16 November 2017.
During the visits, observations will be recorded to determine if government is achieving the required service standards intended to meet the needs of South Africans.
According to Deputy Minister Letsatsi-Duba, the visits will also serve as an inspiration and motivation to public servants at the service delivery points.
The visits are scheduled as follows:

Venue: The name of the service delivery points will only be communicated to Media Houses that have confirmed their attendance.
