On Nelson Mandela International Day Deputy Minister Buti Manamela will spend time at an orphanage planting fruit trees and distributing reusable sanitary towels.
The trees will provide a source of healthy and nutritions eateries for the orphans and their caregivers for a long time. The trees donated by the Department of Fisheries and Forestries will also provide shelter and improve the quality of air for the orphans when producing oxygen.
The young orphans will also be provided with the dignity dreams reusable sanitary towels so that their dignity can be restored as they will be able to enjoy menstrual health.
