Deputy Minister in the Presidency, Buti Manamela will address students and other young people at the dream for life Africa’s 2015 opening.
Dream For Life Africa is a non-profit organisation aimed at uplifting disadvantaged communities by empowering the youth and children.
Deputy Minister Manamela is expected to encourage young people to develop a culture of volunteering as a driving force for personal development, learning and social cohesion as articulated in the draft National Youth Policy 2015-2020.
