Deputy Minister Bogopane-Zulu visits Re Hloka Eng Drop in Centre for Orphans and Vulnerable Children on Mandela Day

The Deputy Minister for Social Development, Hon. Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu, will embark on a two-phased programme in commemoration of Mandela Day at Re Hloka Eng Drop in Centre for Orphans and Vulnerable Children at Titibe Village Ga Dikgale, Limpopo province.

The event will be in partnership with MTN Foundation South Africa, Rand Water, and Transnet as they will be handing over to the centre completed interventions which include amongst others; kitchen and toilet structures, palisade fence, as well as school uniforms to 205 children registered at the centre.

The second part of the programme will include paving of part of the yard at the centre.

On the day, the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) will provide Integrated Community Registration Outreach Programmes (ICROP) to ensure that government services are extended to this rural community.
