General Bheki Cele collides youth & sector commodities in one meeting pushing for radical transformation in the sector
The Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries General Bheki Cele accelerates radical transformation in the Agricultural Sector by colliding youth and commodity sectors in one meeting for immediate results.
The Deputy Minister Cele will host the Youth & Sector Commodities Outreach Programme under the theme "The land shall be shared among those who work it!" The event is planned as follows:

The theme of the youth Imbizo is in line with the ideals of the Freedom Charter and furthermore directly addresses the issue of Job Creation towards the delivery of 1 million jobs by 2030 within the Agricultural sector.
The Deputy Minister Cele is the champion of youth programmes in the department as mandated by the President. To this end, General Cele is fast tracking the programmes of youth empowerment in the department so as to achieve the fundamental priorities of Food Security, Job Creation & significant contribution to economic growth.
General Cele has made a call to the commodity sectors to fully commit to the programmes that are aimed at active participation of young people in the economic stream as new entrants and future entrepreneurs.
The Imbizo will be attended by all sector commodities in the country and about 2000 youth.
