On Tuesday, 17 March 2015, Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Deputy Minister, Andries Nel, will attend the Western Cape Premier’s Coordinating Forum. The deputy minister will present COGTA’s Back to Basics programme which was launched by President Jacob Zuma on 18 September 2014.
