Mpumalanga Department of Finance will, on Tuesday, 26 February 2013, host supply chain road show in Nkomazi Local Municipality. The aim of the roadshow is to share information on prerequisite for venturing into business, public procurement practices and related service delivery expectations with out-of-school youth.
Working in conjunction with Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) and several other stakeholders, the department aims to motivate potential service providers to appreciate the importance of adherence to various supply chain management prescripts, raise awareness about current opportunities and to encourage current suppliers to commit to quality and timeous delivery of service delivery programmes.
MEC for Finance, Mr Madala Masuku will address the roadshow.
