The Department of Basic Education in conjunction with the Independent Schools Association of South Africa (ISASA) and Investec will on Friday, 30 November launch an integrated teacher training programme to enhance the recruitment of teachers into the independent school sector.
This is a landmark public private partnership in the full sense to utilise combined resources to produce quality teachers in the priority subjects of Mathematics, Science and English.
