The Portfolio Committee on Police will, on Wednesday, visit the Nyanga Police Station in Cape Town. The Committee will use this opportunity to also interact with the Community Policing Forum.
This visit forms part of efforts of becoming an activist Parliament by engaging directly with the people as a means of ensuring effective oversight over the Executive as well as ensuring efficient service delivery.
